Class of ‘86 – Together Again 

This event is definitely for spouses/partners to attend! The reunion will be a great chance for your spouse/partner to hear all about your high school days.

No – you do not.  We STRONGLY encourage everyone to come to the Saturday evening event as that will be the actual “reunion” --  but you can choose to attend, or not attend, any of the events.

Pals on Friday night – very casual.  Golf on Saturday – golf attire.  School tour on Saturday –  casual.  Event Saturday night –  casual.

The fee covers the cost of the location (Venue 304), the cost of the DJ for the evening, decorations, your meal (including non-alcoholic beverages like soda, water, and coffee), and the cost of the bartenders.  All money will be collected and managed by the NPHS Foundation.  It does NOT include anything for Friday night at Pals, the golf on Saturday, or alcoholic beverages at the Saturday night event.

We wanted to charge a ticket price for the items that everyone could take advantage of.  About ¾ of our class live outside North Platte, so many attendees will be traveling and may not be able to attend Friday night.  Also, for our classmates who do not golf or do not drink, we did not want to unfairly charge them for something they would not use.

For the moment, we’ve modeled to break even at approximately 50 attendees. This is the attendance from the class of ’85 last year as well.  If more people attend than that, we’ll work with the attendees to determine how they’d like to use the remaining balance. We can leave it in our treasury (currently empty) for our next reunion; we can give it to the Foundation in memory of our departed classmates; or we could use it to provide additional items for the event, such as drink tickets for the Saturday night event. As we receive reservations, we’ll update you on the current financial status and, if we have a surplus, develop a plan via the Facebook page.
